MONOC’s Special Operations Division operates several elements: Our Mobile Hospital unit will function at a large scale incident to support local EMS agencies. This self contained unit is capable of provide advanced care for up to 6 critical patients. The HazMed Unit is deployed in conjunction with the Monmouth Co HazMat team to provide medical monitoring and rehab services. The Tactical Medics provides close-in medical support to country and state SWAT teams for missions that may be of a high-risk nature. The Decon team will provide support to our member hospitals when they require assistance in the event of a large number of contaminated patients are presenting at an Emergency Department.
